Pre-Event Needs ---------------

#. Review eCampaigning Tool and Megaphone to understand their strengths and weaknesses

#. Agree on preferred route: improve eCampaigning Tool, improve megaphone, both or start from scratch (hopefully not!)

#. Identify priorities, acheivable tasks and task owners

Tentative Suggestion ---------------------

#. Work on a Zope connector and PloneFormGen? adaptor to CiviCRM? - possibly adapting from the `Zope Salesforce connector `_ and `PloneFormGen? Salesforce adaptor `_

#. Other priorities as identified above

#. Should we develop tools more at the python level and then provide integration into Plone and other frameworks/platforms?
