  10:00 Introduction (Richard English) & Keynote: Tom Loosemore (BBC, UpMyStreet, FaxYourMP etc.)
  10:30 Presentation of Survey Results (Prof Stephen Coleman, OII)
  11:00 Break into small groups around popular topics (& continue over lunch)
  13:00 Lunch Break - either mingle or continue in group
  14:00 Guest: Hilary Parsons (Nestle) - View from the other side.
  14:30 Break into groups on topics identified online & on day.
  17:00 Reconvene & share outcome of discussion with everyone
  17:30 Formal end of day - those staying around could meet for dinner.
Sat Nov 13   This day is an opportunity to go into more depth the discussions started on Friday and start new ones - a rare occurrence given the distances some people have travelled and how many people are coming together. Participation & topics to be sorted out online.

Format

The event was organised primarily using both the open space format of self-organising groups discussing topics of mutual interest. Presentations by participants and invited speakers opened the event.
