For the last few years, a number of people have expressed an interest in seeing more Southern participation in the forum. This year Novib (Patrick) has agreed to cover the costs of two people attend and Greennet has covered one person's cost.
We thus have one participant coming from India (Sreekanth), one from Mexico (Adolfo) and Zoltan (Hungary, APC ActionKit? coordinator).
