Subject: Evaluating campaign impact

We have begun to implement a system devised by the National Council for Voluntary Organisations (NCVO, based in the UK) called "Campaign Effectiveness"- which is a fairly simple system for measuring and evaluating how campaign activity (both on and offline) ultimately translates into beneficiary impact.  I'd be interested in hearing about if other people are using this model, pitfalls, benefits or if there are other models being used.

Subject: Tracking relationships (web 2 style)

I am keen to hear what web 2 tools people are using to track relationships with MPs and other politicians.  I am currently using Excel and feels pretty clunky.  As ever, budget constraints are a challenge!
