  1. Why is the product only in version 0.2 and yet is said to be suitable for a production environment?
    1. Because it has been used in a production environment since June 2005
    2. Because we think it needs significant improvement to be a user-friendly, robust tool, such as:
      • Allow the easy integration of dynamic content in 'Thank You Pages', 'Thank You Emails' and the address collection page
      • Improving the range of options for configuring the action form and process (to improve the supporter experience)
      • Dramatically improving the usability of the action set-up process for an editor
      • Re-architecting the product so it is faster, puts less overhead on the host server, new action types can be easily added/exchanged and it can link in to an SQL database if needed.
      • Re-factor the tracking module as it's own product
      • Create centralised supporter info repository (personal data plus action history)
      • Add more advanced reporting (with a separate reporting product)
